Hello, and welcome.
I’m Stacey Lynn Langendoerfer, founder of Sundance Hollow.
While many professionals know me through my work as Executive Director of the Missouri Credentialing Board, Executive Director of the National Professional Credentialing Associaton, and my leadership of the Missouri Association of Treatment Court Professionals, storytelling has always been close to my heart. My books are published under the pen name Stacey Lynn Hollow, a name inspired by the people, places, and legacy that gave birth to Sundance Hollow.
For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside professionals, communities, and families dedicated to improving lives through behavioral health, recovery, prevention, treatment courts, and professional credentialing. During my tenure with the Missouri Credentialing Board, I also helped lead the development and national expansion of professional credentialing initiatives, including the creation of the National Peer Certification Association (NPCA).
Those experiences have shown me the incredible power of hope, resilience, compassion, and meaningful human connection—lessons that continue to inspire every book, every song, every educational resource, and every creative work we publish.
I believe the most meaningful stories don’t simply entertain—they educate, inspire, encourage conversations, strengthen communities, and remind us that every person has the power to make a positive difference.
Sundance Hollow was founded with a simple mission: to create books, music, educational resources, and creative works that inspire hearts, spark imagination, encourage lifelong learning, and leave a lasting legacy.
Whether you’re exploring one of our children’s stories, discovering an inspirational title, listening to original music, or finding professional and educational resources, I’m honored you’ve found your way to Sundance Hollow.
I hope you’ll discover something here that inspires you, encourages you, and reminds you that every story has the power to make a difference.

“Stories have the power to change lives.”
When I’m not leading national initiatives or writing stories, you’ll often find me spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, caring for animals, or finding inspiration in the quiet places that first sparked my imagination.
Many of the people, places, and animals that have touched my life eventually find their way into the pages of a Sundance Hollow story.
Whether you know me through my work in behavioral health, treatment courts, professional credentialing, or through a Sundance Hollow story, I’m grateful our paths have crossed.
Thank you for taking the time to visit.
I hope you’ll find something here that inspires you, encourages you, and reminds you that every story has the power to change a life.
